Falling out of Summer

Friday, September 25, 2009

Somehow, summer only seemed to last three days for all of July and August, but now that September is ending, we're getting hot muggy days and cold nights. What's up with that?

The film crews around town have sent us some work. Business cards for demolition and car specialists. I hear the Zakim bridge is due for some excitement. We've had plenty of excitement here preparing for screaming pillows(TM) and Grillo's Pickles. Hey, just remember, you heard about them here long before the regular press got them. When it comes to marketing, our joint is jumping.

Today also, the building landlord had a survey out to help get One Main Street LEED certified as an existing buildings. This environmentally GREEN certification is generally just for new construction but there are four buildings in Boston trying to get qualified and we are glad to be one of them.
